Privacy Policy
Multipost is operated by Bryant Group Holdings Ltd, trading as Bryant Digital Solutions. This policy explains how information is handled when you use Multipost and connect supported social platforms.
1. Information We Process
- Workspace information: information needed to organise brands, folders and connected platform records.
- Connected social accounts: profile identifiers and secure OAuth access/refresh tokens supplied by platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Google/YouTube after you explicitly authorise a connection.
- Content data: media, captions, titles, descriptions and other content you submit for preparation or publishing.
- Technical data: limited logs and operational information used for security, troubleshooting and service reliability.
2. How We Use Information
We use information only to provide and operate Multipost, including organising workspaces, showing connected accounts, generating requested content assistance, publishing content to accounts you have authorised, refreshing platform access when necessary, preventing abuse and maintaining service security.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use connected-platform data for unrelated advertising purposes.
3. Third-Party Platform Authorisation
Multipost does not require a separate user-facing Multipost sign-in before opening the workspace. When you choose to connect a social platform, that platform's official OAuth authorisation flow is used. You decide whether to grant the requested permissions.
TikTok, Facebook/Meta and Google/YouTube process information under their own terms and privacy policies. You may revoke Multipost's access using the connected platform's own account or permissions settings.
4. TikTok Data
When TikTok is connected, Multipost may receive basic profile information and access credentials for the scopes you approve. Where Content Posting permissions are approved, those credentials are used only to upload or publish content that you direct Multipost to send to your TikTok account and to check the status of that publishing request.
5. Google / YouTube Data
Google user data obtained through OAuth is used only for the functionality you request, such as identifying the connected YouTube channel and uploading/publishing content to that channel. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes.
Multipost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
6. Service Providers
We use infrastructure and service providers where necessary to operate Multipost, including Cloudflare for hosting/API infrastructure and Google/Firebase services where used by the application. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
7. Storage, Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. Connected account credentials are retained only while needed to provide the connection or until the connection/data is removed, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
8. Your Choices and Data Deletion
- You can disconnect a supported social account from Multipost.
- You can revoke permissions directly from the relevant platform.
- You can request deletion of data associated with your use of Multipost by emailing support@multipostapp.co.uk.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security or fraud-prevention obligations.
9. UK/EU Rights
Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or obtain a copy of your personal data and to object to certain processing. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
