- Account Information: Your name and email via Firebase Authentication.
- Connected Accounts: Secure access tokens required to post to platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and other supported services.
- Content Data: Media and text you upload for publishing.
- Usage Data: Basic analytics and logs to improve performance and security.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly to operate and improve the Multipost platform, including:
- Publishing content to your connected accounts
- Managing your account and authentication
- Improving platform performance and security
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Data Processors & Infrastructure
We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including:
- Google Firebase (authentication and database services)
- Cloudflare (hosting, APIs, and security infrastructure)
These providers process data solely on behalf of Multipost and in accordance with our instructions. They do not use your data for their own purposes.
4. Third-Party API Disclosure
Multipost integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok and Google (YouTube).
All third-party platform data is accessed only through explicit user consent via secure OAuth 2.0 authorization flows.
By using Multipost, you agree to their respective policies:
4A. Google User Data Usage & Disclosure
Multipost requests access to your Google account solely to enable YouTube publishing functionality.
Specifically, we access:
- Basic profile information (name, email address) — used only for account identification and authentication.
- YouTube account access — used only to upload and publish content to your YouTube channel on your behalf.
Google user data obtained through OAuth is used exclusively for the core functionality of Multipost
(authentication and content publishing). We do not:
- Sell or transfer Google user data to any third parties.
- Use Google user data for advertising or marketing purposes.
- Use Google user data for any purpose unrelated to providing the Multipost service.
Your Google user data is processed only on behalf of Multipost by the following infrastructure providers,
solely as necessary to operate the platform:
- Google Firebase — authentication and database services.
- Cloudflare — hosting, API routing, and security infrastructure.
These providers do not use your Google user data for their own purposes.
Multipost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy
, including the Limited Use requirements.
You may revoke Multipost's access to your Google account at any time by visiting:

5. Data Deletion & Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Instant Deletion: Use the in-app delete account feature to permanently remove your data.

5A. Account Deletion Requests (Google Play Requirement)
If you would like your Multipost account and associated personal data deleted, you can request deletion at any time.
We provide multiple options to make deletion simple and accessible.

If available, use the in-app delete account feature to permanently remove your account and associated data.

To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account (for example, by replying from your registered email).

Your authentication profile, connected account tokens (where applicable), and other personal data associated with your account will be removed.
Some limited records (e.g., security logs) may be retained for a short period where necessary for legitimate interests, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.
6. Legal Basis, Retention & International Transfers (UK/EU)
