Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Multipost, a social media management and publishing workspace operated by Bryant Group Holdings Ltd, trading as Bryant Digital Solutions.

1. Using Multipost

Multipost lets users organise brand workspaces, connect supported social platforms, prepare content and publish media using authorised platform integrations. By accessing or using Multipost, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Connected Social Platforms

Connecting TikTok, Facebook/Meta, Google/YouTube or another supported platform is optional. When you choose to connect a platform, you must authorise Multipost through that platform's official authorisation process and comply with that platform's terms, policies and community rules.

3. Your Content and Instructions

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, edit or publish through Multipost. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and to publish it to the selected connected account.

• Do not use Multipost to upload or publish illegal, infringing or deceptive content.
• Do not use Multipost for spam, harassment or platform abuse.
• Do not use Multipost in a way that violates the rules of a connected social platform.

4. Platform Authorisation and Security

Multipost opens its workspace directly and does not require a separate user-facing Multipost sign-in before you can view the app. Access to a social platform is still controlled by that platform's OAuth permissions. You are responsible for protecting access to your device/browser and for reviewing permissions before authorising a connected platform.

5. Availability and Changes

Third-party APIs, permissions and publishing capabilities may change, become unavailable or be restricted by the platform provider. We may update Multipost to maintain compatibility, security or compliance and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to every third-party feature.

6. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict access to Multipost where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance or breach of these Terms. You may disconnect connected social platforms at any time using Multipost or the relevant platform's permissions settings.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Multipost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Bryant Group Holdings Ltd is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including moderation, account restrictions, API outages or changes to platform functionality.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Multipost handles workspace information, connected-platform credentials, content and technical data.
